Only two things on this site are optional, and both are off until you allow them: the Google Maps map, and the product interest counter. Refusing them never stops you browsing, saving items, ordering or requesting a repair.

Cookies
The public shopping pages do not set cookies of their own. Your privacy choice, cart and saved items are kept in your browser’s storage (below), which stays on your device. If you allow Google Maps, Google may set cookies from its own domain. (Staff-only pages use separate sign-in cookies that customers never receive.)

Third-party requests
Unless you have allowed Google Maps, and apart from the address-list service used at checkout (below), a normal page view makes no request to any other company’s server.

Product interest counts
When allowed, viewing a product page, adding to the bag or saving an item sends the product, the action and an identifier (made from your IP address, browser and the date with a secret key, so it cannot be reversed and changes every day) to our server so we can see which pieces are popular. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with other companies.
Delete what is saved on this device
This clears your bag, saved items, comparison list, recently viewed items, saved order details and your privacy choice from this browser. It does not affect any order or request you have already sent to us.
