About these terms
These terms apply when you browse this website, place an order, ask for a custom design, or request a repair from Marry Me — The Bridal Jewelry Shop. By placing an order or submitting a request you confirm you have read them together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds page.

Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Photos and descriptions are a guide; handmade jewelry, metal colour and stone appearance can differ slightly from screen images. When you submit an order online it is first reviewed by Marry Me; the order is not accepted until we confirm the final details and pricing with you.
Ordering and payment
- You can choose store pickup (free) or insured delivery (shown at checkout), and a payment arrangement offered at checkout: full payment, a 50% or 40% downpayment with the balance due as stated for that option, or, for eligible cards, a merchant instalment programme.
- Card payments are completed in person at the shop; the website never takes card numbers. Bank-transfer payments are confirmed by a person checking the bank account, and uploading proof of payment does not by itself confirm payment.
- Production begins after the required payment is verified. Instalment approval remains subject to the issuing bank.
Custom design
A custom design request is an enquiry, not an order. We will contact you to discuss the design and quote before any work begins.
Jewelry repair and care
Photo review is free and preliminary: a physical inspection is required before we can confirm what is possible. The final price and timeframe are confirmed after inspection. No repair work begins without your approval of the confirmed estimate. If additional damage is found during the work, we pause and send a revised estimate for a new approval before continuing. We do not promise that every piece, including pieces made by others, can be repaired. See Jewelry Repair & Care.
Warranty and quality
Some pieces come with a warranty card. Its scope, duration and conditions are those stated on the card or in your written order confirmation.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Philippine law.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully and give accurate information in forms. Please ask us before reusing text, images or video from this site. We may change or withdraw parts of the site, and update product details or prices, at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
Complaints
If something is wrong, contact us using the details above with your order or repair reference and we will look into it and reply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including consumer-protection and e-commerce law that applies to online sales.
